Who We Are

This website, babicconsulting.com, is operated jointly by Babic Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in Ohio, USA, and Babic Consulting d.o.o., a company registered in Zadar, Croatia (OIB: 55376471676). Information We Collect

Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message. This information is delivered to our business email and used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics: we use a self-hosted Umami instance to understand aggregate site traffic — page views, referrers, country, and device type. We also count contact submissions and contact-link clicks. Short campaign labels and the landing-page path may be kept in browser session storage to understand which campaigns lead to inquiries; this clears when the tab session ends. Inquiry contents and contact details are not sent to analytics. We do not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not set marketing cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We store anonymous campaign labels in temporary per-tab browser storage for up to 30 minutes of inactivity to understand how visitors find useful pages and contact us. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress analytics while contact remains available. Customer form contents and private URL parameters are excluded from analytics.

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work together. We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service Providers

This site is self-hosted on our infrastructure and uses Cloudflare for traffic delivery and protection. Analytics are provided by our self-hosted Umami instance. Contact form messages are delivered through Resend (USA), an email delivery service. Our business email is hosted on Microsoft 365. These services process data to deliver the website and respond to inquiries.

The contact form temporarily uses your IP address in server memory to limit repeated submissions. Entries expire after 15 minutes and are cleared when the application restarts.

Data Retention

Contact form messages are retained in our business email for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

If you are in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Visitors from other regions may have similar rights under local law. To exercise any of these rights, email contactus@babicconsulting.com and we will respond promptly.
